Sleeping Indian Flat Creek & Tundra Swans 21 3/4″ X 24″

Many days I have spent walking, exploring, fly fishing, and looking at what locals refer to as the “Sleeping Indian,” mountain range that is the back drop of flat creek. During one walk I watched a pair of tundra swans high up in the sky cruising past the mountains. It became a setting I felt compelled to bring into a painting back at my studio. Dreams and time can bend at times when one finds themselves in a setting where glimpses of times gone by come into view.
